  7. Plan".  What they do are two things: First, you get 30% off the regular rate,

  9. so if you call after 11 or on weekends, combined with the discount you're

  11. already getting, that's pretty healthy.  But the main thing is that you pay
  12.  
  13. a certain amount and get twice that in phone use.  If you pay $5.50 a month,
  14.  
  15. you get $11 worth of calls, pay $11 and get $22, pay $16.50 and get $33.  So
  16.  
  17. between the two, you're talking almost no money at all...hell of a deal.
